ALBUM SALES: Bow Down To “The Throne”

 The results are in and The Throne has landed the number one spot. The rap duo composed of Jay-Z and Kanye West, released their highly anticipated album, “Watch The Throne” last week and surely did not disappoint with the music or their expected purchases. Other albums released last week include “Now That’s What I Call Music 39” and “Tailgates and Tanlines” by Luke Bryan. INSIDE SCOOP: Young Jeezy Reveals Thug Motivation 103 Release Date

During his six-year anniversary concert for his first album, “Thug Motivation 101”, Young Jeezy finally announced a new release date of September 20th for his very delayed fourth album: “Thug Motivation 103”. 

Hopefully TM103 is like that. Jeezy used to hold the crown for the best street/riding music before Gucci, and now Rick Ross, came through and took the spot. Continue reading

U MAD?: The Game Creates Diss Song, World Laughs

Oh. The Game must need to pay his phone bill because this sudden craving for relevancy is just too much. The Game just dropped  “Uncle Otis”, a diss track obviously aimed at Jay-Z (Hov and Ye recently put out Otis, a track off of ‘Watch The Throne’). He comes for almost EVERY trending topic in the past couple months (Kreayshawn’s ‘Gucci Gucci’, Ross’ Tupac Back, Big Sean’s success, Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony’s split, Odd Future members, & of course, Jay-Z).
